Ingredients For Making Sauce

  • ½ tablespoon oil.
  • 3 teaspoon flour.
  • 3 tomatoes (roughly chopped).
  • 1 red capsicum (chopped).
  • 7 to 8 dry red chilies.
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder.
  • 1 teaspoon sugar.
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder.
  • Salt ( as required).

Step By Step Process To Make Enchilada Sauce
  1. Firstly, Rinse the dry chilies in water for 30 minutes and after 30 minutes make a fine paste of red chilies in a grinder.
  2. Then take a pan and add tomatoes and red capsicum and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.
  3. After that remove tomatoes and red capsicum and make a fine puree for a sauce.
  4. Heat the pan again and add oil in the pan once oil is hot then add flour 
  5. and sauté it for a second then add red chili paste, tomatoes, capsicum paste, black pepper powder, cumin powder, sugar, and salt.
  6. Mix it well and cook for 6 to 7 minutes.
  7. Enchilada sauce is ready.

  • 1 tablespoon oil.
  • 1 onion (halved and thinly sliced).
  • 1 cup red and green capsicum (halved and thinly sliced).
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced).
  • 1 ½ cup shredded chicken (cooked).
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar.
  • ½ enchilada sauce.
  • Salt (for taste).

Ingredients For Topping
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter.
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning.
  • 1 teaspoon cilantro.

Step By Step Process For Making Chicken Enchilada Sliders
  1. Preheat oven for 375-degree c.
  2. Firstly, take one bowl and add butter, cilantro and taco seasoning and mix it well and keep aside.
  3. Then take one pan and heat it on medium flame after the pan is hot then add oil in a pan once the oil is hot then add onion and capsicum and sauté it in oil for 2 to 3 minutes then add shredded chicken and salt stir it for a minute and lastly add enchilada sauce in it and mix it well.
  4. After that take a baking dish and grease baking dish with oil.
  5. Cut buns into half and transfer in a baking dish then make a layer of a prepared mixture of chicken and then spread cheddar chicken and cover it with the other half part and top the buns with butter mixture.
  6. Bake it in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
