  1. you can use whipping cream or heavy cream in garlic sauce.

  • 2 large chicken breasts (cut in half).

  • 2 tbsp olive oil.

  • ½ tbsp butter.

  • 1 cup of chicken stock.

  • 1 small cup fried onion.

  • 5-6 garlic cloves.

  • 1 cup of heavy cream.

  • Parsley chopped (optional).

  • Salt and pepper (for taste).

  • 1 tsp Lemon juice.

Step By Step Process

Instruction to make creamy chicken recipe

  • Firstly, Wash the chicken breast.

  • Then cut the chicken breast in two parts of one chicken breast.

  • Then sprinkle salt, black pepper powder, and lemon juice on chicken breast and mix all the mixture and keep beside for 10 minutes.

  • After that heat, the pan on medium-high flame adds olive oil and butter once the oil and butter heat then add black pepper and lemon juice flavored chicken and sauté the chicken for 5 to 6 minutes until it nicely cooks and turns a golden color. Remove the chicken from pan and set beside.

  • Reduce the flame and add some oil once heat the oil then add onion and fry until it golden color. Remove the fried onion in a plate.

  • Then add remaining oil and butter in the pan and heat the oil and butter then add garlic cloves and cook until it is golden brown color. After that add chicken broth stock and heat until it boils and noticeably reduced. Then add heavy cream and chicken and fried onion stir nicely and cook for 5 minutes and switch off the flame.

  • Garnish with chopped parsley.
