Key ingredients


Chicken breast: Use the skinless and boneless chicken breast.


Pizza base: You can use store-bought pizza base or homemade pizza base ( I am using homemade pizza base)


Cheese: I'm going to use mozzarella cheese in this recipe.


Tandoori chicken powder: Use tandoori chicken powder it gives a very nice taste to the recipe.
How to make homemade pizza dough

Ingredients:-
  • 1 cup wholemeal flour.
  • ½ cup plain flours.
  • 2 teaspoon honey.
  • ½ cup of milk.
  • 3 teaspoon oil.
  • Salt ( to taste).
  • Water ( as required).

The process to make homemade pizza dough

  • Take a bowl and put all the pizza dough ingredients in it (ingredients: wholemeal flour, plain flours,  honey,  milk, oil,  salt, and water).
  • Note – Add as much water as you need to the pizza mixer
  • Then knead the pizza mixture well.
  •  knead for 5-6 minutes  until you have a smooth, elastic dough
  • After thoroughly kneading, lightly apply oil to the bowl and keep the pizza dough in a bowl and seal it with plastic wrap.
  • And keep it aside for 30 minutes ( or until double in size).

Ingredients needed to make tandoori chicken recipe

  • 2 skinless and boneless chicken breast.
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
  • 1 small cup schezwan chutney.
  • 1 pizza dough.
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (grated).
  • 1 ½ teaspoon ginger garlic paste.
  • ½ teaspoon cumin powder.
  • 2 ½ teaspoon tandoori chicken powder.
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil.
  • Salt ( to taste).
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder.
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder.
  • Veggies for toppings
  • 1 tomato(sliced).
  • 1 Capsicum(sliced).
  • 1 onion( sliced).

Step by step process to make tandoori chicken pizza

Step 1 chicken marinate process

  • Firstly take a chicken breast and cut it into half part.
  • Then take a pot and boil water in it.
  • Then add chicken breast(cut into half)  to the boiling water And cook it well.
  • Take out a chicken breast from water and cut into cubes.
  • After that take one bowl and add chicken cubes, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, tandoori chicken powder,  salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and olive oil and mix it well.
  • Keep the chicken mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Step 2 To put the pizza together

  • Preheat your oven to 215 C and also preheat the pizza tray in the oven.
  • Then take pizza dough and roll the of pizza dough out to about a 9-11inch circle. They should be very thin but they puff up in the oven to about ½ to ¾ of a centimeter thick.
  • Take out pizza tray from the oven and place your pizza base on the tray.
  • Brush the olive oil to the pizza dough and then spread schezwan chutney to pizza then sprinkle the ½ cup mozzarella cheese then top up with capsicum, tomato, onion, and marinated chicken and again layer with cheese then sprinkle some black pepper powder and salt ( to taste).
  • Place the pizza in the oven and cook it for 15 to 20 minutes until it crispy and golden color.
  • Your tandoori chicken pizza is ready to serve.
