Ingredients needed to make the recipe

  • 1 cup shredded chicken breast.
  • 5 to 6 cups of chicken stock.
  • 2 cups wide egg noodles.
  • 1 small cup carrot ( finely chopped ).
  • ½ cup green capsicum ( finely chopped ).
  • ½  cup fresh green peas ( optional ).
  • 1 large onion ( finely chopped ).
  • 1 ½  ginger garlic paste.
  • ½ teaspoon vinegar.
  • 2 teaspoon tomato sauce.
  • ½ of red chili sauce.
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar.
  • 1 ½ tablespoon oil
  • Salt ( as per taste ).
  • Water ( if needed  )

The process to make chicken soup recipe

  • Firstly, make nice chicken stock, Take one pot of cold water and add chicken breast, garlic paste, salt to taste, and chicken stock cube.
  • Stir nicely and cook it for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Check the chicken stock after 15 minutes if it is done then drain the chicken stock and separate the chicken breast.
  • Shred the chicken breast using a fork and keep it aside.
  • Now take one deep pot and keep it on medium flame and add oil to it and wait until it gets hot.
  • Once the oil is getting hot then add chopped onion in it and stir it for 2 to 3 minutes or until the onion color changes lightly brown.  After that add ginger garlic paste and stir it and wait for half a minute.
  • Then add finely chopped carrot, capsicum, and green peas and then take a nice mixture of veggies and cook the veggies for 2 minutes.
  • Now it's time to add shredded chicken and mix it well.  After that add vinegar, sugar, tomato sauce, red chili sauce, and salt ( as per taste ) and mix all the ingredients well  ( note: make this all the process on medium flame )
  • Now add chicken stock and 1 cup of water and mix it well and boil the mixture on high flame. Once the mixture started boiling then add wide egg noodles and cook the noodle for 6 to 7 minutes by covering the lid after 6 to 7 minutes switch off the flame.
  • Your tasty and healthy chicken noodles soup is ready to serve.
  • Remove the chicken soup from a serving bowl and garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.

 Tips to make chicken noodles recipe

  • If you haven’t found wide egg noodles for the recipe then you can use common noodle which is easily available in any grocery shop.
  • For more taste, you can also add lemon juice to it if you like.
  • If you like to add your favorite veggies like carrots, green peas,  baby tomatoes, baby corn or corn, celery, etc, then go for it.
  • Ginger garlic paste is the main ingredient of this recipe because it gives a strong flavor to the recipe so do not forget to add ginger garlic paste to this soup recipe or any soup recipe.
