Ingredients for marination :
- 250 grams Chicken pieces ( small size ).
- 1 egg.
- ½ teaspoon black pepper powder.
- 1 teaspoon tomato sauce.
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder.
- 1 ½ teaspoon ginger garlic paste.
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour.
- 2 teaspoon corn flour.
Ingredients for the main recipe :
- 1 large onion ( roughly chopped ).
- 1 cup mix color capsicum ( roughly chopped ).
- 1 cup pineapple chunks.
- 1 cup pineapple juice.
- 1 teaspoon soya sauce.
- 1 teaspoon honey.
- 1 teaspoon vinegar.
- 1 ½ tablespoon oil.
- Oil ( for deep fry ).
- Salt ( as per taste ).
- 1 small cup spring onion ( chopped ) ( garnish ).
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds ( for garnish )
- Water ( if needed ).
The process to make the recipe
- firstly wash the chicken in water and drain all the water from the chicken and keep aside for a minute,
- now take one large bowl and add washed chicken pieces, all-purpose flour, corn flour, egg, tomato sauce, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, and salt ( as per taste ) and mix all the ingredients well and keep it aside for 10 to 15 minutes by covering the lid.
- Now heat the deep frying pan on medium flame and add oil to it to fry marinated chicken, once the oil is getting hot then drop the chicken pieces in the oil one by one and fry until they turn brown in color then remove from the oil and keep aside.
- Place a pan on medium flame and add 1 ½ tablespoon oil in it once the oil gets hot then add onion, capsicum, and pineapple chunks and cook all the veggies for 5 minutes remove the veggies from the pan and keep aside.
- Again in the same pan add pineapple juice, soya sauce, vinegar, honey, and salt ( as per taste ) and cook all the ingredients on medium flame and make a thick sauce now add fried chicken and fried veggies and mix all the ingredients well and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.
