 Ingredients needed to make chicken keema samosa recipe

Ingredients for chicken keema mixture

  • 250 grams of chicken breast ( minced ).
  • 1 cup onion ( finely sliced ).
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste.
  • 1 teaspoon meat masala.
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder.
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder.
  • ½ tablespoon fresh coriander ( finely chopped ).
  • Salt ( as per taste ).
  • 1 ½ tablespoon oil

  • 15 to 20 Maida strips/puff sheets.
  • 1 small cup corn flour paste.
  • Oil ( for deep frying ).

Steps/process to make chicken keema samosa recipe

  • Now we are looking forward to the step to making a crispy and tasty snack perfect chicken keema samosa recipe.
  • First, take one large bowl and minced chicken in it and wash it for 2 to 3 minutes after that drain all the water from the minced chicken and keep it aside for 5 minutes.
  • Now heat the pan on medium flame and add oil to it once the oil is getting hot then add finely chopped onion in it and cook the onion until it turns golden brown in color then add ginger garlic paste and saute it for another 2 minutes.
  • Now it's time to add minced chicken and mix it well and cook the chicken until it turns light brown color now add meat masala, turmeric powder, red chili, and salt ( as per taste ) and mix all the ingredients well.
  • Then add fresh finely chopped coriander and mix it again and cook for another 5 minutes switch off the flame after five minutes.
  • Keep this mixture aside for 10 minutes and let it be cool.
  • Now it's the main process to make the samosa, take a strip of flour and roll it into a triangle shape on one side and then fill it with the chicken mixture you have prepared now stuck the other side edges to a triangle shape with cornflour paste. after that apply flour paste to the top of the samosa and lock the samosa carefully.
  • Make the remaining samosa by applying the above steps and mall all the samosa and keep it aside.
  • Now take a deep pan and oil in it and once the oil is getting hot then add samosas and deep fry them until it turns golden brown in color and feels crunchy.
  • Your non-vegetarian chicken keema samosa is ready to serve.

 How to make homemade maida / all-purpose flour strips

  • To make maida strips at home take 2 cups of all-purpose flour in a large bowl and add salt ( to taste ),  2 teaspoons of oil in it, and mix it roughly.
  • Now adds some water and knead it and make a soft dough now wrap the dough in a soft cotton cloth and keep it aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • After  10 to 15 minutes take the dough and knead it again for 5 minutes divide it into 3 to 4 small sections and make small rolls of all sections.
  • Now roll the ball by rolling a pin and make the thin sheet as possible.  They cut the edges of the sheet and make two similar strips from the sheet.
  • Your homemade strips are ready for samosa making or any puff recipe.

Serving ideas

You can serve tomato sauce or green pudina chutney with samosa or with tamarind chutney. This non-veg style crunchy and tasty chicken keema samosa recipe enjoy with evening tea as a snack.
