  • chicken: In this, we can use chicken breast or chicken thighs for the recipe but in my chicken breast is perfect to make a tasty recipe. use fresh and good quality chicken breast because it is the main ingredient of this recipe.
  • veggies: Veggies are also important ingredients in this recipe and in this recipe, we can add broccoli, baby corn,  cherry tomatoes, mixed color capsicum, carrot, green peas, and beans, or add your favorite veggies.
  • Red chili sauce and honey:  To make chicken stir fry red chili sauce is used because it gives a spicy taste to the recipe and honey gives a sweet taste to the recipe.
  • Ginger garlic paste: Ginger garlic paste is also an important ingredient of this recipe because it gives a flavourful taste recipe and gives a unique aroma to the recipe.

Ingredients needed to make the recipe

  • 250 grams chicken breast pieces.
  • 3 ½ tablespoon oil.
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil.
  • 1 large onion ( roughly chopped  ).
  • 2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste.
  • 1 cup mix color capsicum ( roughly chopped  ).
  • 1 cup broccoli ( roughly chopped ).
  • 1 teaspoon soya sauce.
  •  1 tablespoon of cornflour slurry.
  • 1 teaspoon tomato sauce.
  • 2 teaspoons red chili sauce.
  • 1 teaspoon honey.
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder.
  • ½ teaspoon cumin powder.
  • Salt ( as per taste ).
  • Water ( if needed ).

Step-by-step process to make the recipe 

  • Firstly take chicken pieces in a bowl ad wash them in water and then drain all the water from the chicken and keep it aside.
  • Now take one fry kadhai and heat the kadhai on high flame and add 2 tablespoons of oil to it, once the oil is getting hot then add chicken pieces and constantly stir fry the chicken pieces on high flame for 4 to 5 minutes.  now add coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt ( as per taste ) and mix it well and stir fry for another 3 to 4 minutes or until it turns brown in color after that remove the chicken on a plate and keep it aside.
  • Now again heat the fry kadhai and add 1 ½ tablespoon oil once the oil is getting hot then add ginger garlic paste and stir for a second immediately add onion, mix colored capsicum and broccoli, and stir fry them for 5 to 6 minutes until the veggies feel crunchy.
  • After that add soya sauce, honey,  tomato sauce, red chili sauce, and salt ( as per taste ) and give mix all the ingredients.
  • Now add fried chicken pieces and sesame oil in it and again mix it well add 1 cup of water and cook it for 4 to 5 minutes by covering the lid.
  • Then switch off the flame and remove it from the serving plate and serve hot with plain rice.
