- 2 to 3 skinless and boneless chicken breasts (roughly chopped )
- 2 ½ teaspoons of ginger garlic paste.
- 1 egg.
- ½ teaspoon of chili flakes.
- ½ tablespoon all-purpose flour.
- 1 cup bread crumbs.
- 1/3 teaspoon of black pepper powder.
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder.
- ½ teaspoon onion powder.
- 2 tablespoon burger sauce.
- 2 burger buns.
- 3 to 4 slices of cheese.
- 2 to 3 lettuce
- 4 slices of tomato.
- 4 slices of onion.
- 3 to 4 cubes of butter.
- Salt ( as per taste ).
The process to make chicken cheese burger recipe
- Firstly add chicken breast in a blender and run the blender for 2 minutes and then add bread crumbs and again run the blender for a minute and after that add black pepper powder, garam masala powder, onion powder, egg, ginger garlic paste, all-purpose flour, chili flakes, and salt ( as per taste ) and mix it well for 2-3 minutes.
- After that take out the mixture in a bowl and keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes or more than that if possible.
- After that remove the mixture from the fridge and grease your hands with oil and make thick patties then place the half slice of cheese and cover the cheese with another thin pattie and make one thick pattie then continue the same process and make another pattie.
- Now place the pan on medium flame and add 2 butter cubes once they are melted then add both patties to the pan and cook both sides of the patties until its golden brown in color now place the cheese slice on the pattie and cook the pattie for one minute and remove the pattie from pan carefully and place it in a plate for 5 to 6 minutes.
- Firstly cut each bun horizontally into two parts and toast lightly on tava.
- In the lower half of the bun apply burger sauce and spread the burger sauce nicely then place the lettuce leaves over it.
- Then place a few tomato slices and onion slices and sprinkle some salt and black pepper powder over the slices.
- and place 1 chicken patty with cheese and spread the burger sauce on the patty place some onion slice and cover it with the remaining top half part of the bun and press it lightly.
- Repeat the above process for more burgers.
- Your chicken cheeseburger recipe is ready to serve.
