Ingredients Needed To Make Chicken Fingers

Chicken fingers recipe is a very easy and quick recipe with simple and ingredients that are easily available in any grocery store. The ingredients list is given below.

  • 500 gm boneless and skinless chicken breast
  • 1 Eggs( beaten).
  • ½ tablespoon soy sauce.
  • 1 ½ tomato sauce.
  • Salt (as required).
  • Black pepper powder.
  • 2  teaspoon paprika.
  • 2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste.
  • 1 teaspoon White pepper powder.
  • ½ cup of buttermilk.
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala.
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper.
  • 1 cup cornflour or all-purpose flour.
  • Oil (to fry).
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano.

Step By Step Process To Make Chicken Fingers.
Here is a step by step instructions given below to make a crispy and tasty chicken fingers recipe at home. The steps are as follows.

  • Take chicken breast mallet gently tenderize and flatten the chicken to break up the fiber.
  • Then cut the chicken breast into strips (cut it small or big as u like).
  • After that take one large bowl to add chicken, salt, soy sauce, tomato sauce, black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon paprika, ginger garlic paste, white pepper powder, garam masala, ½ teaspoon black pepper powder, beaten egg, and buttermilk and mix it well.
  • Then place the chicken mixture in the refrigerator for 20 minutes( for marinate).
  • Then take cornflour in one plate and ½ teaspoon black pepper powder, salt, 1 teaspoon paprika, a pinch of turmeric powder and oregano and mix it well.
  • Then take out the chicken bowl from the refrigerator after 20 minutes and then take one piece of chicken from the bowl and dip it into the flour mixture and shake gently chicken breast to remove excess flour.
  • Then take one frying pan and add oil and heat the oil once the oil is hot fry the chicken on medium-high flame for 5 to 6 minutes until it the golden brown color.
  • After that chicken finger removes from oil.
  • Serve it with tomato ketchup.
