Ingredients needed to make panko chicken recipe

To make panko chicken breast we need short and simple ingredients and now we are going to see what are that.

  • 2 or 3 skinless and boneless chicken breasts.
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper powder.
  • 2 eggs.
  • 1 full cup panko crumbs.
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic powder.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder.
  • Salt ( as per taste ).
  • Oil ( for deep frying  ).

Process to make panko chikcen recipe

  • Firstly take chicken breast and wash it with water and then take out all the excessive moisture of the chicken breast with the help of cotton cloth.
  • Then thin the chicken breast thickness with the help of a rolling pin.
  • Now take the chicken breast and sprinkle the black pepper powder,  ginger garlic powder, onion powder, and salt ( as per taste ) rub all the masala on both sides of the chicken breast and keep it aside for  10 to 15 minutes.
  • Now you have free time for 10 to 15 minutes so in 15 minutes take one bowl and add eggs in it and beat it for 2 to 3 minutes and keep aside also take panko crumbs on a plate and keep oil kadai in gas to make hot.  
  • After 10 to 15 minutes take one chicken breast deep into beaten eggs and coat both sides then deep into panko crumbs and coat both sides of the chicken breast.
  • Repeat the same process for all the chicken breasts and now your panko-coated chicken breast is ready to fry.
  • Now add one coated chicken breast in oil and fry it on medium-high flame until it turns golden brown and repeat the same process for all chicken breast.
  • Now your crunchy and tasty panko chicken breast is ready to eat.

  • If you don't like to eat more oily then you can bake the breast rather than frying.
