Ingredients needed to make chicken grilled chicken breast recipe
- 4 boneless and skinless chicken breast
- Olive oil (for frying purposes)
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander(finely chopped) (for garnish).
Ingredients for marinating chicken
- 3 tablespoons curd.
- 1 ½ teaspoon black pepper powder.
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder.
- 1 ½ teaspoon chili powder.
- 1 ½ teaspoon coriander powder.
- 2 teaspoon onion powder.
- 3 teaspoon garam masala powder.
- ½ teaspoon cumin powder.
- ½ tablespoon tomato sauce.
- 2 ½ tablespoons olive oil.
- 4 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste.
- Salt (as required).
- Firstly, mix 3 tablespoons curd, 1 ½ teaspoons black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 ½ teaspoons chili powder, 1 ½ teaspoons coriander powder, 2 teaspoons onion powder, 3 teaspoons garam masala powder, ½ teaspoon cumin powder, ½ tablespoon tomato sauce, 2 ½ tablespoon olive oil, 4 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, Salt (as required) and blend all the mixture in blender
- to make a fine paste.
- After that keep aside that mixture for 15 minutes.
- Then remove the mixture from the refrigerator and the chicken breast in one dish pour the marinade mixture over the chicken and rub to coat both sides of the chicken and aside for 1 hour.
- Heat the grill pan and add 1 ½ tablespoon oil in the grill pan and then add marinated chicken in the pan and grill it for 3 to 4 minutes on high heat and turn over the chicken and again grill it for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Lower the heat on low flame and cook it for 5 to 6 minutes on each side.
- It is ready to serve.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve it.
- 3 skinless and boneless chicken breast.
- 4 garlic cloves.
- 2 teaspoons chopped ginger.
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil.
- 3 teaspoons brown sugar.
- 2 tablespoons fresh oregano.
- 1 ½ tablespoon chili flakes.
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder.
- 1 ½ tablespoon lemon juice.
- 1 cup parsley.
- 1 cup olive oil.
- Salt (as required).
- Firstly, take 4 garlic cloves, 2 teaspoons chopped ginger, 1 tablespoon fresh basil, 3 teaspoons brown sugar, 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, 1 ½ tablespoon chili flakes, 1 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 ½ tablespoon lemon juice, 1 cup parsley, 1 cup olive oil, Salt (as Required) together and blend it on the blender to make the marinade.
- Don’t make a smooth and fine paste.
- Then take the blended marinade mixture and pour it over the chicken breast placed in one deep dish rub this mixture to coat the chicken breast on both sides and set aside for a minimum of 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes heat the grill pan on medium-high flame.
- Once the pan is hot add olive oil and spread the oil with the help of a brush then add the marinated chicken breast and pour the rest of the marinade.
- Cook 3 minutes on one side of chicken breast on high heat turn over the chicken and baste another side with olive oil and cook 3 minutes.
- Then lower the heat and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side of the chicken breast until it is golden brown in color and fully cooked.
- Remove it from the serving dish and serve it.
- 4 skinless and boneless chicken breasts.
- ½ tablespoon olive oil.
- 1 ½ tsp Garlic (paste)
- 1 small cup cilantro ( finely chopped).
- Salt (as required).
- 1 tsp black pepper powder.
- ½ tsp cumin powder.
- ½ coriander powder.
- 1 tsp paprika.
- 2 teaspoons Lime juice.
- 1 small cup tomato(chopped).
- 1 cup onion(chopped).
- ½ cup Jalapeno (chopped).
- 2 teaspoons Cilantro.
- 1 cup avocado(chopped).
- Salt (as required).
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder.
- Firstly take one large bowl and add olive oil, garlic paste, cil1antro ( finely chopped), Salt (as required), black pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and paprika and mix all the ingredients add chicken breast and rub all the spices to the chicken breast (marinate the chicken for 1 hour)
- Then, heat the grill pan on medium flame and sprinkle some oil over it.
- And then add spices-coated chicken breast and cook it for 4 to 5 minutes on medium flame (both sides).
- Then high the gas flame and cook the chicken breast for 3 minutes (both sides).
- First, take one small bowl and add chopped tomatoes, chopped onion, chopped jalapeno, cilantro, chopped avocado, black pepper powder, lime juice, and salt, and mix it well with all the ingredients.
- Avocado salsa is ready.
