This tasty chicken croissant is perfect for birthday parties, kitty parties, small get-togethers and for picnics. There is nothing better than an easy dinner or meal idea and it is perfect for dinner.
In this recipe, I have used homemade croissant sheets but you want to make it quickly then you can use store-bought croissant sheets that also great.

Ingredients Needed To Make Chicken Croissant
Ingredients for making dough
- ¼ cup of milk.
- 2 ½ cup maida.
- 2 egg.
- 3 tsp sugar.
- 2 tsp yeast.
- Water ( if needed) (for kneading).
- Salt to taste.
- 2 tablespoon butter.
Ingredients for stuffing
- 2 teaspoon oil.
- ½ tomato (chopped).
- 1 medium-size onion (chopped).
- 1 capsicum (chopped).
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander.
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste.
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder.
- ½ teaspoon black pepper powder.
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder.
- ½ teaspoon red chili powder.
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice.
- 1 ½ cup ground chicken breast.
- Salt (to taste).
Step by Step Process To Make Chicken Croissant Recipe
Step 1 process to make the dough
- For making dough take one large bowl and add milk, maida, egg, yeast, sugar, butter, and salt and knead it until it smooth. ( add water while kneading).
- Apply some oil to the dough and keep aside for 1 hour by covering lid.
Step 2 preparing for croissant sheet
- After 1 hour knead the dough nicely and take it out from bowl.
- Roll the dough and cut it into 7 to 8 equal portions.
- And then make a ball of each portion of dough.
- After that flatten the dough with a rolling pin by applying some maida.
- Repeat the process for each ball.
- Then take one sheet and brush some melted butter place another one over it and again brush the melted butter ( Repeat the process for remaining sheets ).
- And again flatten with the roller and cut it in triangle shape parts of the sheet.
Step 3 preparation for stuffing
- Heat pan and add 2 tsp oil in it then add ginger garlic paste and sauté it for the minute after ginger garlic paste add veggies like chopped tomato, chopped capsicum, onion, and it for 2 minutes.
- Then add some spices in it like garam masala powder, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, lemon juice and mix all the spices in veggies nicely.
- After that add ground chicken breast mix it well and cook it for 7 to 8 minutes on medium flame ( stir continuously).
- Lastly, add coriander and mix it.
Step 4 final recipe
- Take triangle shape sheets and fill chicken stuffing in it and roll it.
- Repeat the process for all triangle sheets.
- Place the croissant on a baking sheet and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Then brush some milk over it and bake at 350 degrees for ½ hour.
- Remove from oven and serve it.
