Ingredients To Make Italian Chicken Roll-Ups

• 4 boneless and skinless chicken breast halves( 4 ounces each).
• 4 teaspoon oil.
• 2 teaspoon black pepper.
• Salt as required
• 4 deli ham in thin slices (4 ounces).
• 4 slices provolone cheese (halved).
• 2/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs.
• ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
• ½ cup milk.
• 2 tomatoes.
•  cooking spray.

Step By Step Process To Make Italian Chicken Roll-Ups 

• Preheat oven for 425 c.
• Then cut the chicken breast or flatten the chicken breast in ¼ inch thickness.
• After that take one chicken breast and apply 1 teaspoon oil, ½ teaspoon black pepper, and salt and apply smoothly to the chicken breast(follow the same process for all chicken breast).
• Then place the deli ham pieces and provolone cheese slices and tomato slices on each chicken breast and roll up the chicken breast and secure with a toothpick.
• Take one bowl and pour the milk in a bowl and take seasoned bread crumb in one dish.
• Firstly, dip chicken rolls in milk and then rolls in bread crumbs.
• Transfer the chicken rolls in a greased baking sheet and spritz chicken with cooking spray and bake the chicken for 25 minutes and remove the chicken from oven and top with parmesan cheese and cook it for 10 minutes.
• Italian chicken roll-ups are ready to eat.

Serving Suggestions : 

Serve the chicken roll-up with salad and with fried broccoli.
