Ingredients needed to make chicken cannelloni

  • 250 grams of skinless and boneless chicken breast ( minced ).
  • 5 or 6 cannelloni pasta tubes.
  • 1 ½ teaspoon ginger garlic paste.
  • ½ tablespoon marinara sauce.
  • 2 teaspoon tomato sauce.
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes.
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper powder.
  • 1 onion ( finely chopped ).
  • 1 cup grated carrot.
  • 1 ½ tablespoon marinara sauce.
  • 2 tablespoon bechamel sauce.
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese.
  • ½ tablespoon oil.
  • Salt ( as per taste ).
  • Water ( as required ).

Step-by-step process to make chicken cannelloni recipe

  • Firstly take one skillet and add 3 cups of water and place the skillet on gas on medium flame, once the water started to boil then add cannelloni pasta tubes and cook it for 6 to 7 minutes.
  • After that drain all the water from the tubes and keep it aside.
  • Now heat the pan on medium flame and add oil to it, once the oil is getting hot then add ginger garlic paste and stir it for a second immediately add chopped onion and saute it for a minute. Then add carrot into it and again saute it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Now add minced chicken and cook the chicken continuously stirring for 5 to 6 minutes. after that add tomato sauce, chili flakes, black pepper powder, and salt ( as per taste ) and mix all the ingredients well and again cook the chicken for 5 to 6 minutes. ( note: while cooking chicken stir continuously).
  • Your filling is ready, now let the filling cool.
  • Now take cannelloni tubes and fill the chicken mixture in cannelloni tubes and keep it aside.
  • Then take a baking tray and in baking tray spread the marinara sauce and then lay the stuffed cannelloni tubes in the marinara sauce. Then on stuffed cannelloni spread bechamel sauce and then spread mozzarella cheese on top cover the baking tray with foil paper and place it in the oven and bake it for 30 minutes at 360 degrees.
  • Remove it from the oven, Your tasty, creamy, and cheesy chicken cannelloni recipe is ready to serve.

How to make marinara sauce and bechamel sauce at home

Bechamel sauce  :

Ingredients :

  • 500 ml milk.
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper powder.
  • ½ teaspoon garlic paste.
  • 2 teaspoon parmesan cheese.
  • 1 ½ tablespoons all-purpose flour.
  • Salt ( as per taste ).
  • 2 cubes of butter.

Process :

  • Take one pan and place it on medium gas flame and then add butter to the pan, once the butter started melting add garlic paste and immediately add milk to it and then add all-purpose flour, parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper powder and mix it well.
  • Now cook it for 7 to 8 minutes until the mixture consistency turns medium thick or like condensed milk.
  • Your bechamel sauce is ready.

Marinara sauce :

Ingredients :
  • 1 cup finely chopped onions.
  • 2 ½  tablespoon olive oil.
  • 2 teaspoon garlic paste.
  • 700g crushed tomatoes.
  • 2 teaspoon sugar.
  • 4 teaspoons dried oregano.
  • 1 teaspoon pepper powder.
  • Salt (as required).
  • 1 tablespoon basil
Process :
  • firstly, heat the pan and add olive oil in a pan and heat the oil in medium flame then add onion and cook until it turns a softly golden brown color.
  • Then add garlic and sauté for 30 to 40 seconds.
  • After this add crushed tomatoes, sugar, oregano, black pepper powder, basil, and salt.
  • Cook the marinara sauce for 15 to 20 minutes ( stir occasionally).
