Salsa chicken tacos are one of the simple and easiest family dinner recipes which are perfectly flavorful and everyone will love this very tasty recipe and its salsa chicken is perfectly tender, flavorful and juicy. This recipe includes two methods these are slow cooker and instant pot. You can use it in which you are comfortable or it depends on which equipment you have. In this post, I have shared the recipe with instant pot methods.

Ingredients To Make Salsa Chicken Tacos

• 2 pounds skinless and boneless chicken breast.
• 1 teaspoon Garlic.
• 1 small cup of fresh cilantro( chopped).
• Bottled salsa.
• Ready-made taco shells.
• 1 cup onion (chopped).
• 1 cup Capsicum (red, yellow, green)( mixed and chopped).
• 1 small cup of Shredded cheese.
• ½ cup avocado.
• 1 cup Sour cream(optional).
• ½ cup Hot sauce(optional).

Spices (cumin powder, coriander, pepper).

• 1 teaspoon cumin powder.
• ½ coriander powder.
• ½ teaspoon pepper powder.
• 1 package taco seasonings.
• 2 teaspoon chili powder.

Step By Step Instructions To Make Salsa Chicken Tacos Recipe

Step 1 :

• Firstly, place the chicken breast in an instant pot.

Step 2 :

• Sprinkle all the spices (cumin powder, coriander powder, pepper powder), Chili powder, garlic, taco seasoning over the chicken and then pour the salsa to cover the chicken and cook it for 13 minutes.

Step 3 :

• Then after cooking wait for cool and shred the chicken and then add the return to salsa mixture.

Step 4 :

• Then take a ready-made taco shell.

Step 5 :

• And add salsa chicken to your tacos then add onion, capsicum, avocado, cilantro, cheese and a little bit of cream(optional)( apply the same process for each taco shells).
• Our salsa chicken tacos are ready to serve.

Tips To Make Salsa Chicken Tacos

If you are making salsa chicken in a slow cooker cook the chicken for 5 hours on low flame.
