Ingredients needed to make chicken kebabs
- 250 grams boneless and skinless chicken breast cubes(in bite-size).
- 3 multicolor bell peppers (cut in small size square).
- 4 tablespoon curd.
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice.
- 1 teaspoon garam masala.
- 2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste.
- 3 tablespoon olive oil.
- Salt (as needed).
- 1 ½ teaspoon paprika.
- Wooden Skewers.
Step by step process to make chicken kebab recipe
- Firstly remove the excess moisture of chicken.
- Then take one large bowl and add chicken cubes, curds, lemon juice, garam masala, ginger garlic paste salt, and paprika mix it well, rub the all the mixture to cubes.
- Cover the chicken completely and keep it in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
- Then take wooden skewers and soak it in a water then line the chicken cubes and multicolor bell peppers one by one.
- Then preheat the oven 250 C minimum for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Place the skewers with chicken and multicolor bell peppers in baking tray and place the tray in the preheated oven.
- Grill the chicken for 15 minutes from one side and then flip the chicken and grill another side for 15 minutes.
- Chicken kebab is ready to serve.
- Serve the chicken kebab with green chutney or any raita.

- In summer it serves with libations or drinks
- Serve with roasted broccoli or any roasted veggies.
- Simply serve it with green chutney or with raita.
