Homemade Chicken Bread Roll Recipe

The chicken bread roll recipe is an easy, simple, and quick recipe. This Chicken bread roll is stuffed with chicken and some spices cooked together and rolled in bread. This roll recipe is spicy inside and crispy outside.

Ingredients Needed To Make Chicken Bread Roll Recipe

  • 250 gm boneless and skinless chicken breast (roughly cut).
  • 1 onion (finely chopped).
  • 1 small tomato (chopped).
  • 1 small cup cabbage (chopped).
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste.
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder.
  • ½  teaspoon coriander powder.
  • ½ teaspoon garam masala powder.
  •  1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder.
  • 6 to 7 bread slices.
  • 2 eggs (Beaten).
  • ½  small cup of corn flour slurry.
  • 1 cup of bread crump.
  • Oil for frying.
  • Salt to taste.

Step By Step Process To Make A Recipe

Step 1 cooking chicken

  • Firstly take one pot and add chicken,  turmeric powder, salt (to taste)  2 cups water and cook the chicken for 15 minutes on high flame by covering the lid
  • After 15 minutes check the chicken is cooked or not if it not then cook it another flame ( add water if needed).
  • After cooking the chicken switch off the flame and drain the extra water and then shred it with the help of a fork
  • Keep aside shredded chicken.

Step 2 preparation for filling

  • Take one pan heat it on medium flame and add 1 tablespoon cooking oil once it is getting hot then add onion and sauté it for a minutes then add ginger garlic paste and mix it then add cabbage and tomato mix it and it for 2-3 minutes.
  • Then add a pinch of turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, red chili powder, and salt (to taste) and mix all the spices well and cook it for 2 minutes.
  • After that add shredded chicken in the pan and mix it for 2 to 3 minutes and then switch off the flame.
  • Keep it aside.

Step 3 making rolls

  • Firstly remove the sides of bread slices
  • Then dip each  bread slices in water and then squeeze the excess water.
  • Then fill the prepared chicken filling in the center of each bread slices and seal the roll by applying corn slurry to sides of bread.
  • After that dip each roll in beaten egg and then dip it in bread crump (repeat the same process for all rolls).
  • Heat the oil in frying pan to fry rolls once the oil is heated then add roll one by one ( fry the rolls in 2 to 3 batches ).
  • Fry the rolls until it turns crunchy and golden brown.
  • Remove from the pan and rest to cool for 5 minutes.
  • The chicken bread roll recipe is ready to serve.
