Korma is a deliciously creamy, sweet, spicy, and flavorful gravy made with spices, onion, tomato, coconut curd. when the Mughals came to India then they brought this delicious recipe from central Asia. Vegetarian makes navratna veg korma where the variety of vegetable used to make the dish and opposite non-vegetarian make chicken korma. In this chicken, korma chicken is used as the main ingredient ( you can chicken tights, chicken breast, or mix chicken). In this recipe, I have used chicken breast to make chicken korma.

- Firstly make the curd mixture and keep aside.
- Then make onion, tomato, coconut and cashew nuts paste.
- Make a spices powder.
- After that heat, the pan and add s ginger garlic paste, spices powder and chicken ( chopped in bite-size) and mix.
- Now add onion paste, curd mixture, salt (to taste) mix it well and cook it.

- 250 gm boneless and skinless chicken breast ( cut into bite size).
- 2 tablespoon oil.
- 1 onion (sliced).
- 1 small tomato ( sliced).
- 1 small cup grated coconut.
- 1 tablespoon cashew nuts.
- 1 cup thick curd.
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder.
- ½ Coriander powder.
- 2 teaspoon red chili powder.
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste.
- 2 to 3 green cardamoms.
- 1 black cardamom.
- 4 to 5 black peppercorns.
- 1 stick cinnamon.
- 2 teaspoon sesame seeds.
- 2 to 3 bay leaves.
- Firstly heat the pan add all whole spices and sauté it for 5 to 6 minutes.
- After that remove the spices into the grinder and make a fine powder of spices and keep the spice powder aside.
- Heat same pan again and add some oil then add onion, tomato, grated coconut and fry it for 3 to 4 minutes after that add cashew nuts and sauté it for minutes.
- Then switch off the flame remove the onion mixture in the grinder and make a fine paste.
- Take curd and add turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chili powder mix it well and keep aside.
- After that heat the Kadai and add cooking oil to it(heat the oil on low flame) once oil heated then add ginger garlic paste and sauté it for second then immediately add chicken and cook it for 5 to 6 minutes ( stir continuously).
- Then add spices powder and onion cashew mixture and mix it for a minute.
- Now add curd mixture and salt to taste mix it well and add some water and cook it by covering lid until chicken is soft and juicy ( cook it on medium-high flame for 10 to 15 minutes).
- Switch of the flame and add freshly chopped coriander and mix it well and serve it with roti or plane rice.

- You can serve this creamy, spicy and flavorful korma with roti, naan, lachcha paratha or with steamed plain rice.
