Ingredients needed to make chicken ragu recipe
- 250 grams chicken breast ( boneless and skinless ).
- ½ small cup of red or white wine ( as per your choice ).
- 1 cup marinara sauce.
- 1 small cup chopped celery.
- 1 medium size finely chopped onion.
- 2 garlic cloves ( finely chopped ).
- ½ teaspoon of black pepper powder.
- 1 ½ tablespoons of olive oil.
- 2 cups spaghetti/wide egg noodles.
- Salt ( as per taste ).
- Water ( as required ).
Process to make chicken ragu recipe
- Now add salt ( as required ) and 2 cups of water mix it well and boil the water on high flame. Once the water starts boiling then add spaghetti or wide egg noodles and cook the noodle for 6 to 7 minutes by covering the lid after 6 to 7 minutes switch off the flame.
- Now drain the water from the spaghetti and keep it aside.
- Now take one bowl and add chicken breast, black pepper powder, and salt and mix it well. Then heat the pan on medium flame now add half a tablespoon of oil once the oil is getting hot then add chicken breast and roast the chicken breast for 10 minutes ( roast both sides of the chicken breast )
- Once the chicken breast is fully cooked then switch of the flame and take out the chicken breast from the pan shred it with a fork and keep it aside.
- Again heat the pan on medium flame now add oil and then add onion and garlic and saute it for 3 to 4 minutes then add finely chopped celery and cook it for 4 to 5 minutes.
- After that add red/ white wine and mix it well and then add marinara sauce it and mix all the ingredients well and cook for 1 or 2 minutes then add cooked and shredded chicken and salt ( as per taste ) and mix it and again cook it for 3 to 4 minutes by covering lid and switch of the flame.
- While serving this recipe take cooked spaghetti on a plate and spread and then place the chicken ragu recipe on it and serve it.
- While you are eating this recipe mix it with spaghetti or wide egg noodles and enjoy it.
- firstly, heat the pan and add olive oil in a pan and heat the oil in medium flame then add onion and cook until it turns softly golden brown color.
- Then add garlic and sauté for 30 to 40 seconds.
- After this add crushed tomatoes, sugar, oregano, black pepper powder, basil, and salt.
- Cook the marinara sauce for 15 to 20 minutes ( stir occasionally).
