Healthy Thai Chicken Fried Recipe

In this post, we are going to see how to make Thai chicken fried recipes at home.  Fried rice recipe is everyone's favorite recipe and this type of rice is made using different kinds of styles like veg fried rice, chicken fried rice, Chinese chicken fried rice, and chicken egg fried rice and in this post, we are going to see how to make tasty, delicious and healthy Thai chicken fried rice at home. Thai chicken fried rice is a very simple, easy, and quick (time-saving) recipe that we can make for late-night dinners. Thai chicken fried rice recipe is perfect for everyone and it is made with short ingredients list which is easily available at any grocery shop. For making this healthy recipe we need high-quality full grain rice, small chicken pieces, Thai seasoning, soya sauce, red chili sauce, and some other ingredients. Now we are going to see what are ingredients needed to make and process to make this recipe.

  • Chicken: To make Thai chicken fried rice chicken pieces is important ingredients and in this recipe, I am going to use chicken breast pieces.
  • Rice: For making Thai chicken fried rice uses good quality and full grain rice.
  • Thai seasoning:  Thai seasoning is an important and the main ingredient which is available in limited grocery shops.

How to make Thai seasoning or Thai paste at home

Ingredients for Thai paste

  • 1 ½ tablespoon coriander leaves, stems, and roots ( chopped ).
  • 2 teaspoon Thai ginger.
  • ½ tablespoon garlic.
  • 1 tablespoon green chilies ( chopped ).
  • 1 teaspoon lemon cover crush.
  • ½ tablespoon lemongrass ( chopped ).
  • 1 cup chopped onion.
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh turmeric.
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder.
  • 1 teaspoon of coriander powder.

    The process to make thai seasoning or paste.

  • take one grinder pot and add coriander leaves, stems and roots, thai ginger, garlic, green chilies, lemon cover crush, lemongrass, onion, fresh turmeric, cumin powder, and coriander powder, and lastly add salt ( as per taste ).
  • Now make a fine paste and keep it aside.

Now we are going to see what are the ingredients and processes to make the Thai chicken fried rice recipe.

Ingredients for Thai chicken fried rice recipe

  •  1 Cup of full grain rice.
  • 1 cup cooked chicken pieces.
  • 1 onion ( finely chopped ).
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste.
  • 1 ½ teaspoon of thai paste.
  • 1 teaspoon of soya sauce.
  • 1 teaspoon of red chili sauce.
  • 2 cups of water.
  • ½ tablespoon of oil.
  • ½  tablespoon of coriander ( finely chopped ).
  • Salt ( as per taste ).

The process to make Thai chicken fried rice recipe

  • While making chicken fried rice firstly we have to cook rice. Take one pot and keep it on medium flame on gas and then in the pot add one cup of chicken stock and one cup of water and wait until it oil. Once the water is boiling add one cup of rice and salt ( as per taste ) and cook until it is fully cooked and seems fluffy.
  • Keep aside cooked rice and then once again keep the pan on medium flame and add oil to the pan once the oil is getting hot add onion and saute it for 3 to 4 minutes. After that add ginger garlic paste and saute it for a second then immediately add thai paste, soya sauce, and red chili sauce and mix it well.
  • cooked chicken pieces, cooked rice, salt ( if needed ) and mix all the ingredients and cook the rice for 4 to 5 minutes by covering the lid on medium flame.
  • Now switch off the flame and remove the chicken fried rice to the serving plate and garnish with coriander and serve it hot.

Serving Ideas

  • Serve this healthy and tasty Thai chicken fried recipe with tomato sauce, ketchup, onion raita or cucumber salad.
